The sources and types of personal information we collect are described below and will depend on your transactions, communications, and other interactions with Joymode.
When you request information, we will ask for your name, e-mail address, phone, and company name and your position (if applicable), so we can contact you.
When you use an interactive feature on the Website or customer account portal, by, for example, placing and order, submitting an online form, asking a question, requesting customer support, or using a chat feature, we will collect the information you provide so we can fulfill your request or follow up with you.
When you register to open an online customer account, you will be asked for your e-mail address and an individual password to logon to our customer account portal. Your contact information, company name (if applicable), order history, and billing information will be stored in your account.
When you place an order, we ask for your name, your company’s name, the billing and address for the order, payment information (including credit card numbers), e-mail address, phone number, and rental pickup and return arrangements.
When you pick up rented equipment, you will be asked to show a form of government-issued photo identification. We do not retain a copy of your identification.
We collect device and browser data when you visit our Website or use our customer account portal using cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies. The data collected may include, for example, network and connection information (including Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses), device and browser identifiers and information (including device, application, or browser type, version, plug-in type and version, operating system, language and time zone settings, and other technical information).
We collect usage metrics when you visit our Website or use the customer account portal. These may include usage rates, technical data (including occurrences of errors, diagnostic reports, settings preferences, backup information), content interactions (including searches, page views, downloads, and prints), and Website journey history (including clickstreams and page navigation, URLs, timestamps, content viewed or searched for, page response times, page interaction, and similar data). We do not track your internet activity beyond our Website.
Other sources of personal information may include customer contact information from our predecessor company, order-related information transmitted by our Rental Partners, and other third-party business partners. We may also use commercial marketing resources to identify contact information of representatives of businesses that may be interested in our products and services.

Why and with Whom We Share Personal Information
We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. Your personal information may be accessible or disclosed for business purposes to the categories of third parties described below.
Rental Partners. Our Rental Partners operate retail store locations where you can view and select equipment you are interested in renting. The sales associate at the Rental Partner will help you arrange the rental by using the Joymode online portal. The Rental Partner will have access to the information needed to arrange for the pickup, return, and/or shipping of the rented equipment, but will not use your information for other commercial purposes. The Rental Partner will not have access to your credit card information because your payment is handled online by a third-party payment processor.
Service Providers. We may engage third-party service providers to assist with various administrative and technology services including hosting our Website, payment processing, fraud detection services, customer support, cloud data management and storage, contact management, e-mail marketing, and other business operations. Service providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to sell, disclose, or use it for any other purpose.
Data Analytics Services. When you use our Website, we and third-party data analytics services we authorize may collect your internet usage data. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Website. Joymode uses Google Analytics to collect Website usage data without personally identifying the individual user. This involves the use of cookies that are stored on your browser. You can restrict how cookies and other internet technologies are used to track and log data about your internet and mobile device usage of our Website by managing the preference settings on your browser or device. Social Media. Information and images you post on social media about Joymode is subject to the social media platform’s privacy practices and is not covered by this Privacy Policy. You may sign into and associate your social network account (such as Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook) with our Website. If you use this functionality, we will have access to the information in your social network profile that you have made available for sharing, and we may collect and use that information subject to the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the privacy settings in your social network account for information about (1) what data is shared with connected applications including is, (2) how to manage the data that is shared through your social media account, including information about your activities using our Services, and (3) how to disconnect a social media account from our Website.
Third party Features. For example, we may provide links to the websites with information about equipment that can be rented from Joymode or how to locate a Rental Partner. Retention and Security of Personal Information
When you establish an account or enter into a transaction with Joymode, we will retain your transaction information for a reasonable period based on our legal obligations and rights. Unless you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, we may further retain and use your information to send you information about product and service offerings.
We follow reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the personal information we collect. However, neither people nor systems can operate in a fully secure manner. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information and select third-party service providers we believe also use reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the security of the personal information you provide to us and we do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
It is important that you use reasonable precautions to protect your personal information by not disclosing or sharing your individual password (even with other individuals in your organization) and by logging out of your account when you have completed each working session.
