We hate when companies make it difficult to change your membership status. You will never be more than a click away from complete control of your account settings.
No surprise charges. We will always email you ahead of any membership renewal or other charges and make sure you see an itemized list of products and costs before booking any reservation.
We know plans change. You can update your delivery or pick up window up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Or within two hours, just pay a $15 change fee.
Some plans fall apart. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Last minute cancellations are fine too, with the cost of your reservation retained as a credit on your account for 30 days.
Some things can't be planned for. If you receive your Joymode delivery but you can't use it (rain on the day you planned to go to the beach, for example) just let us know. If all the products are still clean and in their original packaging we will refund your reservation fee minus a $20 restocking charge.
Sometimes you don't want the fun to end. We make it easy to extend your reservation an extra week if you want to keep your experience longer. If it's not already reserved for the next week you will get a message asking if you want to keep it longer.
We curate the highest quality products and test extensively for durability and ease of use. We've tested dozens of tents, projectors, cotton candy machines and more to find the best ones.
Every product is cleaned and inspected after each use. In the unlikely circumstance a product is delivered to you that is missing a part or unusable in any way, we will either immediately replace it or issue you a refund.
We will do everything in our power to make it impossible for you to have issues using any Joymode product. You will be emailed instructions and our app will feature videos and gifs of how to use them. Select products will have stickers on them with links to this same information.

Joymode was founded in the summer of 2015 and is based in Downtown Los Angeles (right next to Staples Center). We work in a huge warehouse filled with giant Jenga sets, old-fashioned popcorn machines, and all the fog machines you could ever want.
